• 7+ years in the gaming industry.
• Portfolio of released products as Producer or Game designer.
• Live Operations experience with successful games.

Duties:

• Balancy's product management together with co-founders. You will get lots of responsibility and freedom.
• Account management of our clients. You will deep dive into their games to give them recommendations on exact LiveOps features.
• Helping our clients to grow their LTV and other KPIs. With BizDev Director, you will build success stories that Balancy could share with the public.
